All Hallow's Eye Halloween Card

This is a new background stamp in the New Catalog. I have not used it yet but what a fun way to use it. You could even stamp it and your kids could color it in for you. Or you could stamp it and have a coloring contest for Halloween. This card was created by Julie Freysinger.
